This cuddly - but strong - guy was born of need. The toughest calls cops face are those where children have been traumatised. A few years back, we began working with our client, the South Australia Police, to give their officers a tool to help children cope. And allow officers to focus on the critical tasks at hand.

Since then, this familiar, loving presence has brought comfort and companionship to people around the globe. Accidents can be terrible experiences for children. In the adversarial world of claims handling, a humane touch can go a long way to securing goodwill and taking the animosity out of a situation.

That’s why we love him.
